I usually have a 35mm camera with me on mini days. If a frame of your family is on the roll, it comes with your gallery.

Our Fresh 48 session: the first two days, when everyone meets the baby. Hospital, birth centre or your own bed. Quiet, gentle, and mostly black and white.
Booked around your due date. I keep a flexible window for when your baby decides to arrive.

Super 8 is real motion picture film. Every cartridge is bought new, developed at a specialist lab, scanned frame by frame and edited to music by hand, so these sessions sit higher. For just a taste, add one cartridge to any session above for $650.

One cartridge holds about three minutes of film. That usually becomes a home movie of around two minutes.

The collection
Three sessions and one reel. We film a Super 8 cartridge at each session, then I cut them together into a single home movie when your baby turns one.

Send an enquiry and I will reply with dates. A retainer of $150 holds your session, and the balance is due a week before we meet. For newborn sessions the retainer holds a window around your due date.
Super 8 is real motion picture film. Each cartridge is bought new, sent to a specialist lab to be developed, scanned frame by frame and then edited to music by hand. The film and lab work alone come to around two hundred dollars per cartridge, before any editing. If you would like just a taste, add one cartridge to any session for $650.
Yes, for The Long Take and The First Year. We agree a simple payment plan when you book, with the last payment due before your final session.
Life with children is unpredictable. You can move your session once at no cost with 48 hours notice, and at any time if it is for sickness or weather.
Yes. A voucher for a maternity or newborn session is a lovely gift for a baby shower. Get in touch and I will make one up.
